Instructions for translators

The CryptPad documentation is written in Restructured Text syntax.

Please pay special attention to spaces around elments such as reference links as a missing space can prevent the link from being processed.

Please do not translate

Reference links with only an anchor name.

They are replaced by the next heading after the anchor.

Icon names between pipes.

The users you share your document are *honest* as once you send your content, they are trusted not to leak it. However, your *identity* remains oblivious to them in a weak form of anonymity: they have access to your public key and your display name;

Therefore, the *share link* should be considered *as sensitive as a passphrase*. To add another layer of security, we recommend adding a password to your files. If you have an account, it is stored in your CryptDrive (which is considered secure) and the access remains seamless. However, external users finding the link still need the file password to access it.
Ainsi, le *lien de partage* doit être considéré *aussi sensible qu'un mot de passe*. Pour ajouter un niveau de sécurité en plussupplémentaire, nous recommandons d'ajouter un mot de passe pour accéder à vos fichiers. Si vous avez un compte, il est stocké dans votre drive (qui est considéré comme sécurisé) et l'accès reste continutransparent. Cependant, des utilisateur·ices externes trouvant le lien de partager de votre document auronst besoin du mot de passe pour y accéder.

The full edition history and different collaborators are visible upon sharing a document. If you want to keep it secret, the best way (so far) is to make then share a copy of the document, which will start anew with a fresh history.
L'historique entier du documents et les différent·es collaborateur·ices sont visibles quand vous partagez un document. Si vous souhaitez garder ces information secrètes, la meilleure manière (à ce jour) est de partager une copie du document, qui lorsqu'elle est créée commence avec un nouvel historique.
